Call FAQ
FAQ to guide your purchases choice.
⊕ Is this a site or home visit?
No, it's a phone or video call, so there's nothing to arrange around a visit. If a site visit is ever the right next step, Aaron will explain that separately.
⊕ Does the call cost anything?
Nothing. It's a free 30-minute conversation, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
⊕ Do I need to prepare anything before my call?
There is no extensive advance preparation needed. If not already supplied on the form, we will need the property address and postcode along with a summary of your concern. If you would like to discuss a test reading, emailing the test before hand would be helpful. Any additional information added on the booking form or via email is welcomed.
⊕ Do I need to have already tested for radon?
Not at all. Some people call before testing, to find out what they actually need. Others call afterwards, to understand their results.
⊕ Is this only for homeowners?
No - we work with homeowners, landlords, and businesses across the UK, including workplace compliance
⊕ What happens after the call?
You'll get clear next steps in plain English. There's never any pressure to act immediately, the decision is always yours.
